Offices of Clephan-based staff are found in the west-wing basement of Clephan. To find them, come through the main entrance of Clephan, take a left in the lobby, go through the double doors and turn right, go through another set of doors and descend the stairway to the basement lobby. The offices are in the corridor to the right. The image below may clarify.
Alternatively, visitors may wish to have the front desk of Clephan call down to the office of a staff member. Staff members can come up and meet visitors in the lobby.
