To Book a Studio

• Use the RBS (Studio) Room Booking System.

To Book Equipment

• Reserve your items using the AV Loans System.
• Pick up your equipment at the arranged time at the AV Loans office, located in Portland 00.27.

To Book PACE Studio 1a (‘Rehearsal Studio’)

• Book as a standard studio via the studio RBS (Studio) Room Booking System. Select Room Type of ‘Clephan’ to find Studio 1a.

To Book PACE Studio 1 or 2 or DMU Classrooms

• Check room availability at the DMU Web Timetables system.
• Go to your myDMU portal, look for the tile ‘Student Resources’ and click on it. Find the item ‘Performing Arts Web Room Booking’, click on it and follow the instructions. Note that PACE Studio 1 is listed by its room number: PA0.04. Studio 2 is listed as PA1.03.
