Easter Opening Hours
8th April – 18th April: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm
19th April – 23rd April: DMU CLOSED
24th April – 26th April: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm
From 29th April: 8:45am – 4.30pm
Easter Bookings for can be made up to 30 days in advance of collection.
Easter Bookings can be made between 24th February and 5th April for collection between 26th March and 5th April (Tuesday to Friday to assist with managing traffic at known peak times).
Loans will be for a maximum of 35 days (this allows return of the equipment in the first 2 weeks back after Easter, depending on collection date).
Insurance for the equipment to cover the duration of the loan is not mandatory, but we will be recommending users do so as part of the text in the booking process. Many users may find the equipment can be added to an existing home insurance policy free of charge.
The AV Loans reservation system (Connect2) is self-service and restrictions on who has access to equipment has been configured and restricted to module codes as per requests from academic staff. Equipment will be available on a first booked first served basis and when it’s gone, it’s gone and no longer available to any other users.
