Phoenix and Cycling’74 announce the Code Control international Max/MSP festival
Running from the 22nd – 23rd March 2013, Code Control will bring together users of Max, the popular music and image programming software created by Cycling ’74. The conference will be the second convention of its type held outside the US and will feature presentations and workshops from a range of international speakers. There will also be exhibitions and performances open to the public.
Phoenix, in association with Cycling ’74, is delighted to invite applications to the Code Catalyst Award fund. The Catalyst Award will be an opportunity for artists and practitioners to design and create new work for the Code Control festival. Phoenix is seeking to award three commissions of £2,000 to support the development and installation of new work for the festival. Application deadline is Feb 8.
